If you could not find your car in the Search by VIN or Vehicle Price Data, Go to the Invoice Value interface, search using the suggested sites for the vehicle value (MSRP), you can then get you duty from here

Go to the General Goods Interface, search for your item in the list and if you can't find it, select --other--, then use the Hs Codes interface to find the HSCode of your product and enter it.
